As much as I like to make up recipes by experimenting in the kitchen with different ingredients and ideas, there are often occasions where I will turn to a cookbook for expert advice. Here is my current favourite, most used cookbooks in my kitchen (apart from my own of course).
CLASSIC PANCAKES
Whether you make your pancakes thick or thin is a matter of taste. Once cooked, add sugar, lemon or any favourite ingredients that bring back childhood memories. I love the tasty combination of lemon, sugar and golden syrup for extra sweetness.
